It is not often that a day goes by when someone asks us what the space here at 249 Peters Street looked like before we moved in. The truth is the space had been left dormant for a few years. Although it had been rented during all that time, nothing was done to improve the unit so it had fallen into disrepair. By the time we got our hands on it almost every aspect of the structure had to be addressed. We kept the basic bones but tore up the facade, the back wall, demolished the uneven and cracked concrete floors, added HVAC, electrical, and plumbing and generally created an entirely new space. We’re very happy with how it turned out. Our design slash contracting team –Patrick Seferovich and Normand Girard– were great. They both helped move the project along at a phenomenal pace.
